Description

This year’s IWFFA Ptown Classic Women’s Flag Football tournament will be it’s 18th !

And we will have a parade for the first time !!!

Provincetown is a diverse community, offering lesbians, gays, straights, bi, and transwomen the opportunity to feel open and welcome in their community.

Each year our IWFFA flag football tournament offers great competition from women’s teams across USA and other countries who play a variety of skill levels.

Women of all ages are welcome to compete and you’ll experience great camaraderie with other teams on and off the field.

We take no more than (8) teams, so it’s an intimate competition amongst women’s teams. There is a Loose Women’s team who invites individual women the opportunity to join in the competition. We have an infamous saying: Once a Loose Woman…. Always a Loose Woman : )

Each night is a social event. Friday night is registration, Saturday night is Ms. IWFFA contest. Sunday is our Awards party and Monday is our Tournament Dinner.

Throughout the long weekend, every registered player is provided a bicycle for FREE, to travel around town, so you won’t have to stress finding parking. Compliments of our Sponsor: The Bike Shack!

Our parade this year on Friday evening, will be fun. Dress up in your uniform shirts, or any type of costume. Pick up a bicycle at the Bike Shack and join the head of the parade as one of our Ptown Biker Mamas.

In between each flag football game we have our Half Time Games. Most push-ups, furthest throw, longest kick, wheel barrel races and more. Prizes to the winners and prizes provide by our Half Time Game Sponsor: Toys of Eros (Adult female contestants only please : )

Monday would be a great time to experience Ptown. Perhaps you would like to experience whale watching, or join our bike tour of the Dunes, jump on the Mayflower Trolley Tour, Truro Cape Cod Lighthouse, Pedicab, go shopping, walk around Commercial Street (Provincetown’s main street).
