Description of the 3rd annual

IWFFA-ONU Women's Flag Football Tournament

Held in Ada, OHIO at North Ohio University

 

 The Main Sponsors of this tournament are: 

ONU - Wilson Sporting Goods - The INN Hotel

·Date: May 3, Sunday (one day tournament) 

·Field : ONU Dial Roberson Stadium - 

·Address: 525 S Main St, Ada, OH

·IWFFA 8 on 8 Rules

·Teams are guaranteed 3 games

·Top 2 teams make championship 

·Registration: $200 team fee

·Host Hotel: The INN Ohio - $115 per night (sleeps 4 persons)

·Half Time Games throughout the day: 
furthest football throw - longest kick - springs - flag  - wheel  races (prizes to winners) 

·Awards party:
Will be at El Campo Restaurant - 204 Main St.  following championship game. 

 

 

AWARDS TO BE GIVEN OUT:

Each team receives MVP OFFENSE - MVP DEFENSE

Special Select All Star team for Offense and Defenive All Stars

Embroidered Hats to Championship Team

All players receive IWFFA souvenir chain

 

This tournament was created for affordability. We also decided to host this women's flag football tournament in Ohio, for it's location, the beautiful ONU campus, Dial Roberson Stadium, the college town, hotel rates for teams and also, we scheduled a one day competition so some teams do not have to pay for a hotel, but can drive to the event. 

 

 

We invite women's flag football teams. 

Individual Players to join our "Loose Women's Teams"

For those groups of women, wanting to learn how to play and join the competition, 

the IWFFA also offers training.
