Sanctioned League Requirements

Communication with your league and the IWFFA is crucial. Leagues can run themselves, however they deem fit, however, certain information must be given before and after your league season begins and ends.

  • IWFFA rules will be used
  • League fee is waived
  • IWFFA membership – All team members must be a current member of the IWFFA in good standing. These members are listed on the IWFFA Team Roster: Players, Coaches, Managers
  • Each person is responsible to register their membership and pay the annual membership fee

LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Must be female and a member of the IWFFA
  • The identified representative must be reported to office of IWFFA before season begins
  • The league representative is responsible for communicating with the IWFFA
  • The league representative is responsible for communicating with all teams on behalf of the IWFFA
  • League information and photos should be shared with the IWFFA, to be used for promotional purposes.

TEAM ROSTER

Before Season Begins – Every Team will fill out IWFFA Team Roster which includes

  • Team Captain(s)
  • List of players
  • List of coaches
  • Team managers
  • Player positions (if known)
  • IWFFA membership number for that year
  • Changes to team rosters should be reported to office of IWFFA as soon as possible

League results will be included in Team Rankings at the end of each season. 

Sanctioned IWFFA Tournaments are offered and are optional to sanctioned leagues and will require a separate agreement between League Representative and IWFFA. Reporting of the event, monies collected on behalf of the IWFFA, results, photos, etc. are requirements which must be met and are described in offering a sanctioned IWFFA tournament.
