Annual Membership Dues is from January 1 - December 31 of each year
$20 US for all players, coaches, managers and officials
(Special rates for leagues, youth organizations & schools)

Optional: Medical / Accident / Dental Insurance insurance is offered through the IWFFA / Contact our office for current rates
