Rigmor Brox

Born in Mehamn (populations 950) in 1969, Rigmor now Lives in Grimstad, Norway.

She is manager for Grimstad's first women's flag football team the: Grimstad Octopussies

and is the IWFFA Facebook-site & IWFFA-site manager

Rigmor is the mother  of three children and is married.

She has lots of hobbies and enjoys makining things with her hands: She paints, make mosaic-bowls, cernit-clay-figures, draws, write poems

Rigmor does community service for the "Night Ravens" (walking the streets with other parents at night in the weekends, to make the comminity a safer place).

Currently works in NAV. Her formal education earned her a degree as a social worker (bacherlor degree) in 2007. She has learned the technique of TFT - thought field therapy which helps people deal with their fears, pains and other feelings. She has focused on ethics, learning to deal with conflicts, non-spoken language (bodylanguage, facial expressions, clothes, etc) and parenting.

A 100 years ago she trained judo, with her brother was the trainer for a team up north in Kirkenes.

Rigmor is new to flagfootball as she discovered the this new sport in May during the 2010 IWFFA Promotional Tour.

She thought of the name "Octopussies", because the Octopus has eight arms and you need eight players to play flag football.
